Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy® (AOBT) is the deepest most luxurious massage on the planet. AOBT is done with the therapist’s bare feet using the power of the legs and the weight of the body to impact the deeper muscle tissues. AOBT is performed on a standard massage table on bare skin with cream or oil using overhead bars for the therapist’s balance. AOBT is a Deep Tissue technique with a Swedish feel, incorporating long, gliding strokes and relaxing sequences.
